These terms apply to all services provided by MyntorX, including but not limited to web development, design, automation setup, and ongoing support services.
Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing and using MyntorX services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
- If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice
- Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
Services Description
- Web development and custom application development
- Design and branding services
- Sales funnel and automation setup
- CRM system implementation and configuration
- Digital marketing and growth optimization
- Ongoing maintenance and support services
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
- Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All payments are processed through secure third-party providers
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
- Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and designs
- We retain rights to general methodologies, techniques, and know-how
- Third-party licenses and tools remain property of their respective owners
- Clients grant us permission to use project work in our portfolio
- We respect and protect all client confidential information
- Any pre-existing IP remains with the original owner
Limitations of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes
- Client is responsible for backing up their data and content
- Force majeure events are excluded from liability
Termination
- Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice
- Immediate termination is allowed for material breach of terms
- Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due
- We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination
- Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements and feedback
- Supply necessary content, images, and materials
- Make timely payments according to agreed terms
- Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation first
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Arbitration as final resort
- Courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan
